The Guyana Elections Commission invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the provision of Building Contractors for the Construction of Registration Office, Port Kaituma Region # 1. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures, specified in the Procurement Act 2003, and is open to all bidders, subject to provisions of Section IV (Eligible Countries) of this document. Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, Ministry of Finance, Main & Urquhart Street, Georgetown before 09:00 hours on or before Tuesday, 3rd October, 2023.
