On the 12th June, 2023, eligible voters would exercise their constitutional right to cast their ballot for representatives within Guyana's 10 Municipalities and 70 Neighbourhood Democratic Councils.
Political Parties, Voluntary Groups and Individual Candidates desirous of contesting the Local Democratic Organs would be required to submit their lists of candidates to the respective Returning Officers on Nomination Day provided that they have submitted and received approval for a Symbol to be used on the ballot.
